Terms & Conditions – BioRevit Clinic

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by BioRevit Clinic for Applied Bioinformatics and Regenerative Medicine (“BioRevit Clinic,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By booking an appointment, undergoing an assessment, or using any service offered by the clinic, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

​

BioRevit Clinic provides:

• Applied bioinformatics assessments

• Regenerative wellness programs

• Digital therapeutic signals (audio/light-based)

• BioRevit wearable patches

• Personalized data-driven cellular optimization programs

• Supportive therapy for wellbeing and vitality

BioRevit Clinic does NOT provide emergency medical care and does NOT replace conventional medical treatment.

Our services are considered complementary wellness services, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. No Medical Claims

​

BioRevit Clinic does not:

• Diagnose medical diseases

• Treat medical diseases

• Replace prescribed medications

• Provide surgical, pharmaceutical, or emergency interventions

Any improvements reported by clients relate to:

• Wellbeing

• Cellular communication

• Regeneration support

• Stress reduction

• Functional balance

• Quality-of-life enhancement

Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health information and history

• Inform the clinic about medical conditions that may affect therapy

• Follow usage instructions for BioRevit patches or digital signals

• Continue seeing their regular doctor for medical concerns

• Use all BioRevit therapies exactly as directed

The clinic is not responsible for issues resulting from misuse or ignoring instructions.

4. Assessments & Reports

​

BioRevit Clinic uses:

• Applied bioinformatics assessment tools

• Frequency-based body mapping

• Functional energetic measurements

• Client questionnaires

• Wellness progress evaluations

These assessments do not constitute medical diagnosis.
Reports provided are for informational and wellness-support purposes only.

5. Payment, Booking & Cancellations

5.1 Payment

Payment is required:

• At the time of booking or

• Immediately after receiving services

Accepted methods include cash, card, or online payment (depending on location).

5.2 Cancellations

​

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5.3 Refunds

​

Due to the nature of personalized wellness therapy:

• Assessments and sessions are non-refundable

• Opened or used patches cannot be returned

Unopened patch kits may be returned according to the clinic’s policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioRevit Clinic is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages

• Health complications unrelated to clinic services

• Misinterpretation of wellness reports

• Outcomes that do not meet client expectations

Clients understand that:

• Wellness programs affect each individual differently

• Results are not guaranteed

• They remain responsible for their own health and medical decisions

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We protect all personal data, assessment records, and session information under:

• GDPR

• Local privacy regulations

• Clinic confidentiality protocols

Information will not be shared without client consent except:

• When required by law

• When necessary for internal clinical operations

8. Use of BioRevit Patches & Digital Signals

​

By using BioRevit products, clients agree that:

• Products support wellness but are not medical treatments

• Patches must be worn and maintained as instructed

• Signals must be used according to assigned protocols

• The clinic is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized modification

9. Third-Party Services

​

Some elements such as payment processors, booking systems, and digital delivery platforms may be provided by third parties.
BioRevit Clinic is not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their technical performance

• Their privacy practices

10. Changes to Terms & Pricing

BioRevit Clinic may update:

• Service prices

Continued use of services implies acceptance of all updates.
